Open-source Academic Network Project
-- Academic Network is a free, open-source web project for creating a network among all students, teachers graduates over a country.
-- The project was initiated with a view to connect all current former students/individuals of
---- all educational Institutions (i.e Universities / colleges),
---- Fields (i.e Computer Science / Business Management),
---- Subjects (i.e Object Oriented Programming/ database/ data communication) finally,
---- courses (i.e CSE-100 Introduction to computers/ java/ c++)
---- tought by any Institution (i.e Bangladesh University of Engineering Technology) of a country.
-- Besides individual institutions, there is also global scope of any fields (i.e community for all CSE people of the country) or subjects.
-- The projcet offers all materials necessary for running courses of some particular institution- discussion forum, messages, announcements, events, news, file sharing etc. Also, it offers an open network to server the global community of any fields - for example, a community for all Electrical Electronic Engineers where they can talk, discuss, pass messages ask for help.
-- Thus, you can ask something to all members your classmates, or to all students of your universities, and even to any one who graduated from your university/ from a different university! Help is everywhere!
-- University/Institution authorities can publish news events at their dedicated homepage. Thus, any graduate/current students/facalty members can know what's happening.
-- Life becomes easy for Course teachers. As they can announce exam dates, publish lecture slides, or answer to students' queries. Thus, need for a group mail is served.
-- Not a member of any particular institution? Well, you can ask the <em>global </em>community to let them help you/publish your view!
-- Well, Short overview are on the pictures. The project is still under development.
